My name is Fabio Pucciarelli, a native of Amandola (The Marches, Central Italy), I attended the prestigious University LUISS-GUIDO CARLI Faculty of Law in Rome, graduating with full marks cum laude in 1994.
I am a senior attorney, a member of the Council of the Bar Association of Ascoli Piceno since 3 March, 2003, providing legal advice and assistance – both in the judicial and extra-judicial sphere – in transactions concerning purchases and sales of Italian real estate made as investments, for holiday homes, for business or for relocation. I can see to the drafting and translation of all relevant contracts.
I provide legal advice and assistance in the preparation and drafting, also in foreign languages, of wills to be enforced in Italy, in the preparation and translation of foreign wills to be lodged in the records of Italian notaries and also with the statutory performances connected to the submission of inheritance tax returns or to the appointment to the office of executor of the will.
I can assist with the preparation and official translation of the statutory documentation prescribed for the establishment of sole trader businesses, partnerships or companies, either for agricultural or commercial purposes.
My law firm deals with execution formalities and performances concerning court orders or separation/divorce agreements issued abroad, applications for long-stay permits and citizenship.
A special advantage I bring to my clients is my previous formal training and apprenticeship as a notary (notaio), providing additional clarity and understanding to them regarding the opportunities and challenges inherent in real estate transactions, company law or hereditary issues.
Since 2003 I have been lecturing in law, as a contract professor in International Trade Law and Commercial Law at the Faculty of disciplines of Linguistic Mediation of the University of Macerata since 2003.
Since September 2013 I have been registered as an English language interpreter in the List of Court Appointed Technical Consultants at the Court of Ascoli Piceno with no. 43; since April 2015 I have been enrolled on the special List of Lawyers allowed to plead before the High Court of Cassazione and other higher jurisdictions.
I have been a member of the prestigious Fondazione Carisap of Ascoli Piceno since 2015.
In 2017 I became a co-promoter and vice president of the charitable association ArteProArte, founded to support the protection of the artistic heritage in central Italy following the 2016 earthquake.
